Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us, for a full refund, as long as the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original packaging and labels intact.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return and item, please email customer service at info@primalsupplements.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please state your reason for return. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service as we will not accept liability for returns lost in the post.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take a further 7-14 days to appear back to your original payment method, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
